Race Information (tentative)

Time: First Rider off at 9:01 AM. One minute intervals. Registration opens at 7:15 AM, closes at 8:30 AM. Format: One-loop course with 3 turns. All USCF rules apply. Promoter reserves right to adjust schedule, categories, and/or prize list depending upon number of entries per category. Race goes rain or shine. Course: 16 Mile hilly course. A 2-mile descent leads to final 5 mile rolling stair step climb to finish. There are several short 10% grade hills, some on the last leg; gear accordingly. Course map and description provided. Parking: Waterford Elementary School, 15513 Loyalty Road, Waterford

From I 495: Take exit 10 W (route 7)
23 miles to Leesburg. Take 15S/7W
(Winchester) west 2 miles & continue
on 7 W (Winchester) 4 miles to exit
for route 9 (Charlestown). Turn
right on 9 west, go 1 mile to right
on 662. Go 3 miles to Waterford
School on left.

From western MD:  Take US 15 south.
4 miles after crossing Potomac
River, turn right on Stumptown Rd
(route 662) in Lucketts.  Take
662 3.7 miles to left at "T" onto
Loyalty Rd (route 665). Proceed
1.7 miles to Waterford Elementary
School on right. 



From the south:  Take US 15 North to
Leesburg. Take 7 West (Winchester) 4
miles to exit for route 9 
(Charlestown). Turn right on rte 9
west, go 1 mile to right on 662. Go
3 miles to Waterford School on left.
